We offer Gabion Mattresses, also known as Reno mattresses, for erosion control and hydraulic works. These low-profile wire mesh units are filled with stone to form permeable layers. Standard dimensions include lengths of 3.0–6.0 m, widths of 2.0 m, and heights of 0.17–0.30 m. Product classifications include galvanized, PVC coated, and Galfan coated types. Common mesh sizes are 60×80 mm and 80×100 mm. Gabion Mattresses are used for riverbank protection, channel lining, slope stabilization, dam toe protection, coastal works, and foundation support in water management and civil engineering projects.

- Channel Lining Mattresses: Height 0.17–0.30 m standard range. Installed in canals and drainage ditches.
- Galvanized Steel Reno Mattresses: Wire diameter 2.0–3.4 mm. Zinc coating 200–300 g/m².
- PVC-Coated Mattresses: PVC thickness 0.4–0.6 mm. Total wire diameter 2.4–4.0 mm.
- Galfan Coated Mattresses: Coating 95% zinc, 5% aluminum. Coating weight 200–300 g/m².
- Standard Gabion Reno Mattresses: Length 3–6 m, width 2 m. Height 0.23 m or 0.30 m.
- Custom Size Gabion Mattresses: Length 2–6 m customizable.Width 1–2 m, height 0.17–0.50 m.
- Double-Twist Mesh Gabion Mattresses: Mesh size 60×80 mm, 80×100 mm. Hexagonal woven double-twist structure.
- Welded Mesh Gabion Mattresses: Mesh size 50×50 mm, 100×100 mm. Panel thickness 3.0–5.0 mm.
